Job Title : Tosca Automation Test EngineerLocation : HyderabadWork Mode : OnsitePosition Summary :We are seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Test Engineer who will lead automation initiatives, drive quality delivery, and support continuous improvement within the testing lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage Tosca-based test automation activities across the project.- Design, implement, and maintain robust test strategies, test plans, and test cases.- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure optimal test coverage.- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of automation test engineers.- Execute, monitor, and optimize automated test scripts to ensure high-quality releases.- Review and enhance test automation frameworks in alignment with Tosca best practices and standards.- Identify and address gaps in test coverage; recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.- Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.- Integrate automation solutions within CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.- Perform defect tracking, issue reporting, and follow-ups to drive closure.Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in test automation, including a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Tosca.- Strong expertise in Tosca Test Suite for test design and automation development.- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD workflows.- Proficient with test management and defect tracking tools.- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex test automation environments.- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced Skills :- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.- Exposure to additional automation tools and frameworks.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
