The role offers a great opportunity to learn, grow, and work with a cutting-edge technology stack. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of core features, including data synchronization, search functionality, and cloud integration.
Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Work on both front-end (React/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js, MongoDB) to create a seamless user experience.
Mobile App Development: Contribute to mobile application development using Flutter, ensuring functionality and performance on both iOS and Android.
API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange between client and server, ensuring scalability and security.
Search Implementation: Assist in integrating search functionalities using Elasticsearch for efficient data retrieval.
Cloud Integration & Deployment: Help implement cloud-based services, ensuring data synchronization between local storage (SQLite) and cloud databases (MongoDB).
Security & Compliance: Contribute to ensuring application security, working with encryption, authentication (OAuth 2.0), and complying with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
Continuous Improvement: Optimize code for better performance, maintainability, and scalability. Continuously improve the system based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to mobile app development or cloud technologies.
Languages & Frameworks:
Frontend: React.js, Next.js (or similar frameworks).
Backend: Node.js, Express.js (or similar frameworks).
Mobile Development: Flutter (preferred), or experience with React Native/Kotlin Multiplatform.
Database: MongoDB, SQLite.
Version Control: Git, GitHub/Bitbucket.
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) and basic DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Docker).
Search & Data: Exposure to search technologies like Elasticsearch or similar (a plus).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Nice to Have (Optional): Knowledge of healthcare systems, EMR solutions, or health tech.
Familiarity with security best practices for web and mobile applications.
Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
