Manager / Senior Manager – IT Audits (Data Centres)

About the RoleOur client, a leading Data Centre organization headquartered in Dubai , is expanding its India Audit Operations and seeking seasoned IT Audit professionals to join their global audit team based in Noida .These positions will play a pivotal role in driving audit strategy, governance, and compliance across data-centre operations, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity environments , ensuring alignment with global standards and organizational resilience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute IT and Data Centre audits covering Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Enterprise Applications (Oracle) .Evaluate compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, TIA-942, and Uptime Tier III/IV standards.Conduct risk assessments and identify anomalies, control gaps, and potential vulnerabilities.Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, and ITGC reviews across global sites.Collaborate with global teams (UAE | India | Africa | Asia) to strengthen audit frameworks and reporting.Prepare detailed audit reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.Support implementation of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, CGEIT, and NIST .Mentor and guide the audit operations team to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.Qualifications & Experience8 – 15 years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, or Data Centre compliance.Proven experience auditing large-scale IT environments or mission-critical data centres.Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CISM, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, TIA-942 Certified .Strong understanding of cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and data-centre operations .Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation skills.High ethical standards, independence, and professional judgmentWhy JoinWork with a globally recognized data-centre brand with HQ in Dubai.Exposure to international audit frameworks and global teams .Opportunity to influence the organization’s IT & Data Centre governance strategy.Competitive compensation and a culture focused on innovation, sustainability, and compliance.Please note: Due to the volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps.
