Oversee quality control procedures across the production process Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met Maintain documentation for regulatory audits, batch records, and certifications Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality Support R&D and production in validating and scaling up new formulations Serve as a point of contact for quality-related customer queries and support Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in quality assurance/control in the essential oils, flavor & fragrance, or chemical industry Strong knowledge of industry certifications and quality management systems Certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, HACCP, or Six Sigma are a strong plus
