The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive-level management by organizing daily schedules, managing communications, and preparing clear reports. Key tasks will include calendar coordination, handling expense reports, document preparation, and providing administrative and executive-level support. The individual will serve as a liaison across teams and assist in various operational and organizational activities to ensure efficient workflow.QualificationsStrong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative AssistanceProficiency in handling Expense Reports and maintaining executive-level organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordinationPrior experience in Executive Support or similar rolesExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesProactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)Familiarity with MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
