The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive-level management by organizing daily schedules, managing communications, and preparing clear reports. Key tasks will include calendar coordination, handling expense reports, document preparation, and providing administrative and executive-level support. The individual will serve as a liaison across teams and assist in various operational and organizational activities to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative AssistanceProficiency in handling Expense Reports and maintaining executive-level organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordinationPrior experience in Executive Support or similar rolesExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesProactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)Familiarity with MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
