Manager of Database Management

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities is in accordance with policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
Develop campus recruitment marketing and branding materials.
Drive annual demand planning with various Business Stakeholders to define volume of intake of graduates for each year on a quarterly basis.
Responsible to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment activities for graduate’s programme including management trainees and apprenticeship.
Build relationships with a network of institutions of tertiary educations.
Passionate in graduate recruitment and junior talent initiatives.
A bachelor's degree in any fields.
A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in Campus Recruitment or a similar capacity and a total of 10-14years of work experience.
Excellent in relationship management and project management skills. Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with great networking abilities. Sound understanding of the campus recruitment and university databases.
Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oracle Taleo.
Strong team player, matured and agile
