About the RoleDevashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and industrial infrastructure, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality systems across design, fabrication, and project execution stages.This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on ensuring excellence — from raw material inspection to site erection — and who can implement systems that drive zero-defect manufacturing and timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control quality in fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process work, and final assemblies- Lead internal audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives- Establish quality plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and inspection checklists for each project.- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and client requirements- Manage calibration of instruments and ensure traceability of records- Conduct supplier quality assessments and vendor evaluations- Train and mentor QA/QC personnel at plant and site locations- Generate and maintain all documentation required for project handover and certificationRequirements- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within PEB, steel fabrication, or industrial construction- Strong knowledge of IS codes, welding standards, and inspection methodologies- Familiarity with ISO 9001, NDT methods, and fabrication tolerances- Excellent analytical and reporting skills- Ability to lead teams, enforce systems, and collaborate across departments
