The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing SPM modules, including Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications to meet business requirements- Implement and manage Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning modules- Develop and maintain SPM workflows, dashboards, and reports- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize projects- Provide training and support to end-users on SPM best practices- Analyze and optimize SPM processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessRequired Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM module- Strong knowledge of Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning- Experience with ServiceNow workflow development and customization- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Specialist or Certified Implementation Specialist)- Experience with Agile methodologies and IT service management best practices- Knowledge of ITIL framework
