Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) SpecialistJob Type: Remote (US Shift : 2 PM to 11 PM)Experience: 7+ yearsJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM expert to configure and customize ServiceNow applications for Strategic Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing SPM modules, including Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications to meet business requirementsImplement and manage Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning modulesDevelop and maintain SPM workflows, dashboards, and reportsCollaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize projectsProvide training and support to end-users on SPM best practicesAnalyze and optimize SPM processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessRequired Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and configurationHands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM moduleStrong knowledge of Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource PlanningExperience with ServiceNow workflow development and customizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Specialist or Certified Implementation Specialist)Experience with Agile methodologies and IT service management best practicesKnowledge of ITIL framework
