Responsibilities

We are seeking a Machine Learning and AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and predictive analytics. In this role, you'll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to build scalable, data-driven solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Work closely with data engineers to ensure robust and scalable data pipelines for real-time analytics.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models to improve prediction accuracy and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our IoT platforms.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and maintenance of ML models in production environments.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets, providing actionable insights to improve system performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
  • Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or IoT data would be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in unsupervised machine learning techniques, including clustering, anomaly detection, and dimensionality reduction.
  • Strong proficiency in time-series analysis and modeling, including forecasting, trend analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Hands-on experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications, with a deep understanding of prompt engineering and transfer learning techniques.
