EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, schools, and colleges to promote and expand volunteering activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders involved in volunteering programs.
Program Development & Execution
Design, plan, and implement volunteering programs in alignment with the NGO’s mission and stakeholder interests.
Ensure effective and seamless execution of all volunteer initiatives, including logistics, resource allocation, and feedback collection.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track the progress of all volunteer activities, ensuring alignment with set goals and KPIs.
Prepare periodic reports on the effectiveness and outcomes of volunteering programs.
Manage and grow the organization’s volunteer programs by engaging with the community, schools, and corporate partners.
Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers.
Monitor volunteer performance, provide feedback, and recognize contributions.
Track volunteer hours, report on the impact of volunteering efforts, and ensure volunteers feel connected to the organization.
Develop retention strategies and create meaningful engagement opportunities for volunteers.
Innovation & Improvement
Continuously explore new ways to engage volunteers and improve the quality of volunteer programs.
Stay updated with best practices in volunteer management and community engagement.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
Expectations from you:
Skills Required:
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in volunteer management, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire volunteers and stakeholders.
Telugu language is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Self-accountable and responsible, with a proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Curious and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with volunteer management software/tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel for on-site volunteer events and stakeholder meetings, if required.
Passion for social causes and community engagement.
