Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Proactively anticipate client needs and exceed expectations.
Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue.
Project Management: Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, key metrics, and client satisfaction.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Basic Understanding of MSP Programs or Account Management: Familiarity with Managed Service Provider programs or account management principles.
Strong Stakeholder Management and Client Handling Abilities: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in Both IT and Non-IT Recruitment: A solid understanding of both IT and non-IT recruitment processes.
Extensive and Relevant Professional Experience: Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment or staffing environment.
