We help our clients attain significant improvement in quality of delivery through impactful product launches, process simplification, and help build competencies that drive business outcomes across industries. The company uses new-age technologies to help its clients build superior products and realize better customer value. We also offer data-driven solutions and AI-based products for businesses operating in a wide range of product categories and service domains. What will you be doing? 1. Strategic Financial Management: o Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. o Lead long-term financial planning and risk management initiatives. o Ensure effective financial decision-making to support business growth. 2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: o Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. o Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. o Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: o Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions. o Conduct financial forecasting to guide strategic planning and resource allocation. o Monitor and report on budget performance, addressing any variances. 4. Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. o Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. o Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required. 5. Contract Management: o Oversee contracts with Clients & Vendors o Identify & implement risk management measures in consultation 6. Tax Compliance: o Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and other statutory requirements. o Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, income tax returns, and other mandatory filings. o Manage tax audits and resolve any tax-related issues or disputes. o Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 7. Investment and Capital Management: o Manage the company’s investment portfolio and make strategic investment decisions. o Oversee capital structure and funding strategies to support business operations. 8. Cost Control and Efficiency: o Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. o Implement process improvements and financial controls to enhance profitability. o Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure financial sustainability. 9. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. o Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives. o Ensure the finance team remains up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. 10. Stakeholder Communication: o Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the seniors o Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with investors, banks, and other external stakeholders. o Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: o Qualified Chartered Account (CA) Experience: o Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably within the IT consulting or technology sector. o Proven track record in financial & compliance management, strategic planning, and risk management. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in financial software (working knowledge in Zoho Modules desirable), ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel. o Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry-specific financial practices. o In-depth knowledge of GST, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements in India. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. o Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to diverse audiences. Leadership and Team Management: o Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance management. o Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results- driven environment. Career Path This role is pivotal in driving the financial success and strategic growth of the company, requiring a blend of technical expertise, business & strategic acumen and strong leadership abilities.
