We are now seeking a Lighting Designer who blends creativity with technical prowess to design bespoke lighting pieces for both residential and commercial applications. Responsibilities: · Design original lighting fixtures that are visually captivating, technically viable, and production-ready. · Collaborate with production engineers to ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality. · Develop sketches, CAD models, Rhino renderings, and detailed presentations for design proposals. · Select suitable materials, finishes, and lighting components tailored to each design. · Track and incorporate lighting design trends and global innovations. · Iterate designs based on prototype feedback and technical constraints. Candidate Requirements: · 1to 2 years of proven experience in lighting product design (Custom or Production Fixtures). · Strong design portfolio with functional and innovative lighting concepts. · Proficient in design tools such as CAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar. · In-depth understanding of materials, electrical components, finishes, and fabrication processes. · Strong aesthetic sense, imaginative thinking, and attention to technical detail. · Collaborative mindset with cross-functional communication skills.
