Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for LED lighting products.
- Identify and target potential customers in sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail, and outdoor lighting.
**2. Business Development**:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Expand the client base by reaching out to contractors, distributors, architects, and lighting designers.
**3. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements, emphasizing the benefits of LED lighting products.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer service and client retention.
**4. Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's LED lighting products and industry standards.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and lighting solutions to customers.
**5. Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance against targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
**6. Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
