Job Title: US IT RecruiterLocation: Indore, Madhya PradeshWork Mode: Onsite (Night Shift / US Shift)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven US IT Recruiter to support our staffing requirements for clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating technical talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.Strong understanding of US work visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, CPT/OPT).Hands-on experience with major recruitment platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Ability to source technical candidates for roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer, QA, SAP, and other IT positions.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work effectively in US night shift (EST/PST hours).High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier-1 vendors.Familiarity with ATS systems and CRM platforms.Track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets in a high-velocity recruiting environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training and continuous skill development.Growth opportunities within the recruitment and delivery functions.A collaborative, supportive, and high-energy work environment.
