Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our US-based positions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. Company Website - www.gdkn.com Shift Time - 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST Work Mode - Work From Office - Bhopal Responsibilities - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in the US market. - Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. - Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Provide regular updates to candidates regarding their application status. - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. - Proficient in using social media platforms for recruiting purposes. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
