Key Responsibilities

Post-Production Management:

  • Oversee the complete post-production workflow, ensuring that all video projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Editing and Visual Effects:

  • You will perform online and offline editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, including assembling footage, trimming, color correction, and sound editing
  • You are an expert in creating & integrating visual effects, motion graphics, animations using Adobe After Effects and latest AI tools
  • Design and edit static and animated graphics using Adobe Illustrator.

Video Retainer Projects, Campaigns and Delivery management:

  • Manage video retainer video projects and Campaigns workflow, be involved in concepts that are high on post production. 
  • Ensure that retainer video projects and campaigns are running on said timeline and align with creative & client objectives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all video content meets technical and creative standards.
  • Implement feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and enhance video projects.

File Management and Delivery:

  • Organize and manage media assets efficiently, ensuring proper storage and retrieval of files.
  • Deliver final video content in various formats as required by clients and platforms.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with creative and production teams to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams/clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to continually improve post-production techniques.
  • Suggest innovative approaches and solutions to enhance video production and post-production processes.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • 6+ years of post-production experience in a professional video production environment.
  • Proven experience of editing and delivering video assets end to end - offline, online, colour correction. 
  • Proven experience of having managed teams and workflow in prior roles. (Team size that you should have managed should be atleast 7 members and more)

Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced & Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Blender, Audition, Adobe Suite, And latest AI Tools
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications.
  • Expertise with online and offline editing processes.

Creative Skills:

  • Excellent eye for detail and strong aesthetic sense in visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create engaging videos using offline and animations and motion graphics to enhance the storytelling possibilities

Project Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle large volumes of media assets.

Communication:

  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hindi Languages
  • Ability to interpret client feedback and make appropriate revisions.

Team-Oriented:

  • Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
