Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to find top-tier talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding & Employee Integration:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and have the tools they need for success.
Assist in creating and maintaining employee handbooks and onboarding materials.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.
Assist in organizing employee events and activities to boost morale and foster team collaboration.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including coordinating reviews and providing support to managers and employees.
Help implement employee development plans and training initiatives to foster continuous growth.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in handling HR-related queries and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
Other HR Functions:
Participate in HR projects as needed, including compensation reviews, policy updates, and organizational development efforts.
Support in implementing and maintaining HR systems and tools.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Experience in the media, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications
