The individual in this role will lead and oversee the development of public relations strategies, manage media relations, and ensure consistent and effective communication. Responsibilities include creating and distributing press releases, developing strategic communications plans, representing the organization in public forums, and building strong relationships with media outlets and industry leaders.QualificationsStrong expertise in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Communication skillsDemonstrated ability in crafting and distributing Press ReleasesShould be able to lead and managing the PR team for managing various client mandatesShould be experienced in leading pitch presentationsShould be able to contribute as an individual as well as in a teamStrategic Communications experience for managing large-scale campaignsProven leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic situationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldExperience in team management within a public relations or communications setting
