Your Role:
As a Marketing & Operations Manager at ZBS, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our marketing strategies hit the mark. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted environment.
What You’ll Do:
Operations:
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day business operations.
- Respond to and route emails efficiently.
- Design and send out engaging marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate private coaching sessions for our talented clients.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our sales staff.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions seamlessly.
- Solve problems and provide top-notch support to clients.
Marketing:
- Assess our current marketing efforts and inject new energy and ideas.
- Create compelling content for blogs and Instagram that resonate with our audience.
- Develop and execute innovative email and text marketing strategies.
Analytics:
- Dive deep into business metrics and track performance.
- Identify where our leads are coming from and analyze conversion rates.
- Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and suggest optimizations.
- Provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with WordPress and CRM systems (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift: Night Shift (5 days a week)
