Seeks to understand and manage business requirements and expected outcomes across multiple teams Able to identify and assess risks to mitigate and eliminate technical obstacles that negatively impact the delivery of a solution. Must be assertive and responsible for the creation of solutions that meets or exceeds business expectations. Develop and present detailed solution proposals, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Well versed in software principles, design patterns, Application and Enterprise integration patterns. • Should have good expertise in solutioning, responding to bids • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (leading technical discussions and communicating with leaders) • Well versed in machine learning, A. I, Open AI, Generative AI Descriptive Analytics, Data Visualization & Business Intelligence. As an Advanced AI Prompt Engineer, have real time experience and play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing prompts for different artificial intelligence (AI) models & infuse AI in existing applications. Need to work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to understand user requirements, design appropriate prompts, and iterate on them to improve model performance. • Architect and oversee the migration of enterprise. NET applications to public cloud platforms (Saa S, Paa S, Serverless). Develop strategies for cloud migration that include assessment, planning, execution, and optimization. Ensure seamless integration between cloud-based solutions and on-premises systems. Expertise with application modernization use cases for cloud and non-cloud for all treatment types • Experience in solutioning and Presales for bids involving legacy technology stack in Microsoft or Java • Excellent understanding of one or more hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Played the role of lead solution architect in driving solutions end to end across the various phases of the migration • Thorough understanding of the modernization process, potential modernization treatments / methods and Cloud enablement • Very good experience in SOA, REST, SOAP • Experience in Client RFPs for large deals • Experience in Pricing and Estimation methods • Experience in driving Cloud enablement of legacy applications and modern Cloud application development. • Experience in designing modernized IT landscape/architecture for medium and large Cloud migration projects. • Experience in recommending enterprise applications to Cloud in Iaa S, Paa S, and Saa S Model • Experience and thorough understanding of Dev Ops tools and Container based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, etc. • Excellent Experience in creating migration strategy & migration plan • Thorough understanding and good experience in Cloud migration assessment for Enterprise applications. • Ability to lead a team of Architects / technology Leads from different technologies and establishing innovation in processes, tools, best practices, and reusable components. • Experience in home grown/third party legacy conversion tools will be a plus. • Good experience in Delivery and Pre-sales process and a thorough understanding of the nuances of client and internal team relationships is a must. • Experience in Dev Ops tools, Agile PM will be a plus. • Experience in designing modernized IT landscape/architecture for medium and large Cloud migration projects.
