Primary Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of technical architects working on a large suite of healthcare applications, driving projects in the following areas:Application infrastructure engineering and modernization, including migration to public cloudCreate and maintain reusable assets and application frameworksApplication scalability enhancementsApplication security enhancementsApplication modernization including modularizationCI/CD and Devops tooling design and govern microservice standardsWork across the enterprise to align our organization with enterprise technology standardsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience10 years of software engineering experience5 years experience with Java and Spring Framework5 years experience in a technical leadership or architecture roleExperience with microservice architectures or large application platformsStrong communication skills with ability to present complex technical topics

Preferred Qualification: 

Experience in healthcare domainExperience with high volume transaction sitesExperience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud
