We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our Google and Meta ad campaigns. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing, love optimizing campaigns for performance, and want to grow with an international-focused team, this role is for you

What You’ll Do
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Create, monitor, and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
Performance Optimization:
  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, copy, and strategies for better performance.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for scaling campaigns effectively.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to track performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Reporting & Insights:
  • Generate regular performance reports showcasing campaign outcomes and key insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm updates, and new ad features on Google and Meta.
What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI and scaling results.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for digging into data to find actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
