Position: Senior Content Writer Leader
Location: Supersourcing HQ, Indore
Are you a skilled content writer with a knack for leadership and a passion for SEO? We’re seeking a Senior Content Writer Leader to join our team and manage a dynamic group of 4-5 writers (a mix of junior writers and interns). This is your chance to drive impactful content strategies and shape a team in a thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage : Guide and mentor a team of 4-5 writers to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content.
Content Strategy : Plan, create, and oversee content strategies aligned with our goals and audience needs.
SEO Excellence : Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content audits.
Quality Assurance : Review and edit content to maintain consistency, tone, and quality standards.
Team Development : Train junior writers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Content Writer or similar role, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of quality.
Experience in mentoring or managing teams is a plus.
