Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned

Project Manager

with over 7 years of experience to lead and deliver innovative projects aimed at solving challenges in the market.The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, ensuring they are accurately gathered and translated into actionable technical specifications, and managing projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Requirement Gathering:Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.Facilitate discussions to gather and document detailed project requirements.

2. Requirement Translation:Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical deliverables.

3. Project Planning & Execution:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

4. Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration among developers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders.Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

6. Risk & Issue Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.

7. Process Improvement:Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Advocate for Agile or hybrid methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

8. Reporting & Documentation:Create and deliver regular progress reports to clients and senior management.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements:1. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on requirement gathering and technical translation.Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience in managing projects in the tech or recruitment domain is highly desirable.

3. Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with AI/ML-based products or platforms is a significant advantage.Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and product management practices.

4. Soft Skills:Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Adaptability to dynamic project requirements and priorities.
