Job OverviewWe are hiring a QAD Supply Chain Project Manager / Functional Consultant with proven experience in leading ERP/Supply Chain projects. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of project delivery, strong functional consulting capabilities, and expertise with tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership DeliveryLead the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and deliveryDefine and track project KPIs, manage timelines, scope, and budgetsEnsure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards Functional ConsultingGather, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teamsProvide functional support in ERP/CRM domains (QAD, Oracle, SAP, etc.) Stakeholder Client ManagementServe as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and technical teamsFacilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Align project solutions with overall business goals and objectives Team ManagementLead and mentor cross-functional project teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Risk GovernanceIdentify project risks and create mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with governance policies and reporting protocolsConduct regular project reviews to optimize efficiency and delivery success✅ Mandatory SkillsProven Project Management experience in QAD Supply Chain or equivalent ERP systemsHands-on with JIRA, MS Project, and ConfluenceExperience leading end-to-end ERP/CRM implementationsStrong business process understanding and cross-functional communicationExcellent stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership
