Job Title: Supply Chain Projects Manager

Location: Delhi HO

Reports To: Head of Supply Chain

Role Overview:

Supply Chain Projects Manager will lead and execute high-impact initiatives across our supply chain network. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and digital transformation projects across logistics, warehousing, and planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects, from scoping to implementation, aligned with business strategy.
  • Project management of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyse supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing) and external vendors or partners.
  • Lead automation and digitalization projects (e.g., WMS/TMS upgrades, inventory optimization tools).
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
  • Develop business cases, ROI estimates, and post-implementation impact assessments.
  • Cost control & Budget planning for Supplychain function
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering / supply chain / Operations; MBA (Tier 1/Tier 2)
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain functions, with at least 2–3 years in project/program management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain domains: logistics, inventory, warehousing.
  • Experience with SAP, TMS & WMS Tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project or Smartsheet).
  • BI tools expertise like Power BI/Tableau/ Qlik sense
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Timely and on-budget project delivery
  • Achieved cost savings or productivity improvement
  • Uptime and adoption rate of deployed systems/tools
  • Stakeholder satisfaction score.
