The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java development and a keen interest in teaching, research, and knowledge sharing.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate , and related frameworks.Develop and maintain course content, assignments, and project materials.Mentor trainees and junior developers to build strong coding practices.Work on live or internal R&D projects to stay updated with emerging technologies.Collaborate with the technical and academic teams to enhance course quality.Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on coding demonstrations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Java development.Strong understanding of OOP, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and Spring Boot.Excellent presentation and communication skills .Passion for teaching, learning, and research .Knowledge of additional domains (e.g., Web Development, Cloud, or Databases) is an added advantage.What We OfferA platform to explore both development and training careers .Exposure to real-world projects and live training environments .Opportunities for professional growth and certification.A supportive, innovative, and collaborative team culture.
