The role focuses primarily onbusiness process automationwhile ensuring seamless integration betweenSAP and non-SAP systemsacross the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Focus (Primary – 70%)Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and AI-driven technologies.Automate critical business processes acrossManufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Commercialfunctions.Leadhyper-automation initiativesintegrating AI, chatbots, OCR, and workflow automation into business operations.Develop and deploylow-code / no-code automation solutionsto accelerate digital transformation.Ensure compliance withGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxPregulations for all automation initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.Integration Capabilities (Secondary – 30%)Facilitate seamless integration of automated workflows withSAP and non-SAP enterprise applications .UtilizeSAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) ,Azure API Management , andREST/SOAP APIsto enable robust integrations.Partner with SAP, IT, and business teams to ensure automation aligns with enterprise integration strategies.Optimizedata flow, interoperability, and securityacross on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer ScienceorInformation Technology .MBApreferred.Mandatory Requirements:10+ yearsof experience in enterprise automation, specializing inMicrosoft Power Automate ,RPA , andAI-driven automation tools .Proven expertise inprocess optimization(BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, AI/ML-driven automation).Hands-on experience withSAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, MES, LIMS, CRM , and other enterprise systems in thepharmaceutical industry .Proficiency inintegration technologies(SAP CPI, APIs, middleware, Azure Logic Apps).Strong understanding ofdata security ,API authentication(OAuth, JWT, SAML), and compliance regulations.Desirable Requirements:Experience in thepharmaceutical industry , especially inmanufacturingandregulatoryenvironments.Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified:Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertUiPath / Automation AnywhereRPA CertificationsSAP Certified Technology Associate –SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI)TOGAForEnterprise ArchitecturecertificationPreferred Experience:Industry:Pharmaceutical ManufacturingExperience:10+ years
