Position Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and complex web applications built on the MERN stack.- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth integration with external systems.- Architect solutions with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to improve overall team capability.- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features within set timelines.- Enhance and optimize existing applications for improved performance and efficiency.- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve development processes and product quality.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with proven expertise in the MERN stack.- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.- Hands-on experience with front-end tools and frameworks such as Redux, Webpack, and responsive UI libraries.- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication protocols (JWT/OAuth), and database schema design.- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Excellent problem-solving skills, with expertise in debugging and performance optimization.- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:- Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or Next.js.- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira.What We Offer:- A collaborative and transparent work culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.- Supportive and approachable leadership with an open-door policy.- Opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a competitive salary package.Job Details:- Location: Kharadi, Pune- Type: Full-time, On-site
