Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and complex web applications built on the MERN stack.Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth integration with external systems.Architect solutions with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to improve overall team capability.Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features within set timelines.Enhance and optimize existing applications for improved performance and efficiency.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve development processes and product quality.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with proven expertise in the MERN stack.Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.Hands-on experience with front-end tools and frameworks such as Redux, Webpack, and responsive UI libraries.Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication protocols (JWT/OAuth), and database schema design.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Excellent problem-solving skills, with expertise in debugging and performance optimization.Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or Next.js.Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira.What We Offer:A collaborative and transparent work culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.Supportive and approachable leadership with an open-door policy.Opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a competitive salary package.Job Details:Location: Kharadi, PuneType: Full-time, On-site
