Job Description

As a Back-End Technical Lead, you will design, develop and maintain our platform by taking on the following responsibilities:

● Lead a full product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to roll out and support

● Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well

● Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure)

● Building your team

Desired Skills and Experience:

● 5+ Years of experience in backend technologies.

● Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid

understanding of Object Oriented Design principles.

● Hands-on experience building consumer Web/mobile apps at scale.

● Strong exposure to open-source technology Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, Web development frameworks.

● Strong architecture skills.

● Expertise on multiple back-end technologies. e.g., J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate

● Expertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices, with demonstrable production-scale experience.

● Experience working with tools like Git, Maven

● Strong background working with Linux/UNIX environments

● Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB), web servers

● Knowledge on cloud AWS is an addon.
