Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with senior management and key departments to ensure clear, effective internal and external communication tailored to the target audience.

 Act as the point of contact for cross-functional coordination with various teams within the organization to deliver Comms-related requests.

 Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute the delivery of high-quality assets for various initiatives and engagements.

 Curate content, proof read, and ensure quality for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, annual reports, and internal communications.

 Coordinate with PR agency to ensure timely response to domestic and international media requests.

 Monitor media coverage and prepare regular media reports to track the impact of PR efforts with the agency.

 Assist in creating internal communication materials such as newsletters, employee updates, and company-wide announcements to keep staff informed and engaged.

 Organize and manage internal events, such as meetings and trainings on communication.

 Support efforts to foster a transparent, inclusive, and positive company culture through effective communication.

 Assist with the planning and executing of company events, engagement, webinars and public appearances of leadership.

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

 Experience in similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, global organization.

Skills / Competencies:

 Strong organizational and project management skills.

 Strong grip on written language with excellent interpersonal skills.

 Highly organized, with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.

 Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

 A team player who can work cross-functionally.
