Job Description

· We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager preferably from Transformers / Power Distribution / Industrial Equipment.

· This role is pivotal in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· Proven experience 8+years in marketing management within the transformer / similar products or industrial equipment sector.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

· Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

· Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends and Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

· Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company’s brand presence in the transformer industry.

· Develop branding initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

· Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, email marketing, and social media. Utilize analytics and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

· Product Marketing: Work closely with product management teams to develop marketing plans for new and existing products. Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.

· Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and collateral.

· Provide sales enablement support through the development of marketing materials and training programs.

· Trade Shows and Events: Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

· Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and staff participation to maximize event ROI.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, customers, and partners. Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson at industry events and public forums.
