Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory Skills5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (India) .Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll .Experience working in a manufacturing industry payroll environment .In-depth knowledge of:India Payroll schema & PCRsWage type configurationRetroactive payroll processingProven experience in O&M support and payroll production environments.Experience in FS & TS documentation for payroll customizations.Functional & Technical KnowledgeSAP HCM Payroll (India)Integration knowledge with:Time ManagementOrganizational ManagementFinance (FI) for payroll postingUnderstanding of payroll posting, GL mapping, and reconciliation .4. Desired / Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with large employee base payrolls in manufacturing setups.Exposure to unionized workforce payroll .Knowledge of SAP Notes , OSS messages, and payroll legal changes.Experience in migration or stabilization projects on S/4HANA.Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.5. Behavioural & Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a production payroll environment .Good communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.6.
