With our team of professionals who have extensive domain and technical knowledge, we are committed to making long-term efforts to fulfil this vision through our technical innovation, client services, expertise, and capability expansion.  Role Summary:   Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of comprehensive energy audit frameworks and toolkits to empower commercial and industrial (C&I) and various high power intensive customers on their energy optimization journey. The ideal candidate combines hands-on auditing expertise, data-driven assessment skills, and a strategic mindset to scale energy savings across diverse customer portfolios  Key Tasks and Responsibilities:   Develop a Standardized Audit Framework:  Architect a modular, scalable audit methodology (aligned with ISO 50002/ASHRAE/BSI best practices) that guides C&I clients through site surveys, data acquisition, opportunity identification, and actionable recommendation delivery.  Conduct Detailed Energy Audits:  Personally lead and/or oversee on-site and virtual energy assessments for clients in various sectors (manufacturing, data centers, retail, logistics, commercial real estate), including process mapping, systems baseline, and metering.  Build Customizable Audit Toolkits:  Design checklists, digital forms, and analytics templates that junior auditors and client teams can use in self-assessment or hybrid models.  Quantitative Analysis & Benchmarking:  Analyze collected data to benchmark against relevant sector KPIs (energy use intensity, PUE, load profiles), using advanced spreadsheet modeling or available audit software.  Opportunity Identification & Prioritization:  Quantify savings potential, payback, and emissions reductions for recommended measures—e.g., HVAC upgrades, lighting, process optimization, on-site renewables, automation, and BESS.  Continuous Framework Improvement:  Incorporate field learnings, tech developments (IoT sensors, AI analytics), and client feedback to update audit protocols and tools for maximum impact and user simplicity.  Education & Experience:   Bachelor’s or Master’s in Energy Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.  2+ years’ experience as an energy auditor in C&I environments, with proven delivery of quantifiable energy/carbon savings.  Skills:   Strong understanding of power consumption aspects of industrial systems (motors, compressors, chillers, building management systems) and commercial operations.  Proficiency with audit tools (e.g., energy loggers, thermal cams, submetering), energy modeling software, and MS Excel/Sheets.  Familiarity with certification systems (LEED, ISO 50001), and local energy codes/incentive programs.  Strong communication skills  Demonstrated ability to standardize, document, and scale technical workflows.  Personal Attributes:   A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.  A self-motivator and a collaborative team player.  Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary.  Agile, action oriented, and quick learner.  Out of box thinker.  Benefits at Sustainability Economics:   ESOPs.  Group Medical Coverage.  30 days of Leave.  A gender-neutral parental, marriage, and compassionate leave policy.  And above all, if you have a passion to work, join us in our pursuit for sustainability
