This role requiresstrong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process.Source candidates via job portals , referrals, and networking.Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience.Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred).1–2 years of recruitment /HR experience, preferably in startups/EdTech/consumer tech in sales hiring.Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with speed and ownership in a high-growth environment.Why Join Us?End-to-end ownership of hiring for impactful roles.Opportunity to work with business leaders and HR experts.High-growth, fast-paced environment with steep learning.
