Job Description:
As an Assistant Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the field. Your role will require frequent travel, in-person client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, closing high-value deals, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets. This role combines leadership, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the air purification industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the centralized air purification system market.
Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities, who require air purification solutions.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
Collaborate with technical teams to offer tailored air purification solutions based on client needs.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and product demonstrations to closing deals and post-sale support.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Assist in creating and delivering sales materials, proposals, and quotations.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build networks.
Monitor competitor products and market trends to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
Two years of experience, preferably in the HVAC, air purification, or environmental systems industry (Fresher can also apply).
Strong understanding of centralized air purification systems and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
