About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Application Intern to support our consultancy operations. In this role, you will help maritime candidates apply to global cruise opportunities by managing their application process end-to-end across official cruise line portals. If you're someone who enjoys structured tasks, understands the value of precision, and can work well with deadlines — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Submit client applications accurately across various cruise line platforms and official portals.
  • Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise line eligibility requirements, processes, and document checklists.
  • Organise, manage, and upload necessary documentation for each applicant.
  • Track progress of submitted applications and coordinate timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow and status updates.
  • Maintain records and generate weekly reports for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or student (any stream) with interest in admin or international processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
