This role ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, internal policies, and industry standards while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Business ManagementDevelop, manage, and execute the multi-year business strategy for the Home Loans product line.Own the annual business plan; implement initiatives to achieve performance targets and business growth.Monitor and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.Lead the design and implementation of projects and process enhancements to achieve business objectives.Take end-to-end ownership of product-line P&L, managing key drivers to deliver results.Leadership & People ManagementLead and manage a team of 50+ professionals to deliver high-quality service and operational efficiency.Foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture that promotes engagement and accountability.Support professional growth through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate Degree or higher (MBA preferred).Minimum 7 years of experience in BFSI or the servicing industry.Proven experience managing large teams (50+ staff).Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products and mortgage operations.Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement techniques.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership with the ability to motivate teams for high performance.Why Join UsJoin a dynamic environment that values leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.
