Experience: 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:Commercial Management (50%):o Set and manage budgetary and cost control strategies.o Monitor and analyse financial performance, enhance revenue streams, and control costs.Improve overall P&L of the park.o Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.o Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.o Implement continuous improvement strategies in guest satisfaction and employeeengagement.Talent and Team Development (25%):o Lead and develop staff teams through performance management, training, and professionaldevelopment.o Foster a culture of safety, fun, and growth.o Manage HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations.o Ensure people process compliance by establishing team norms, clarifying roles, aligning withbranch heads' goals, implementing performance management systems, setting timely goals,and creating a culture of appreciation and recognition.o Inspire and motivate teams with a forward-thinking and ambitious outlook.Guest Experience and Strategic Vision (25%):o Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction (NP)S and enhance park experience.o Introduce new events and experiences for park visitors.o Monitor key performance indicators.o Monitor competition and industry trends.o Ensure efficient park operations, maintaining high standards for staff performance andequipment functionality.o Oversee health and safety regulations.Ideal Candidate:o Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. Hasmanaged a large P&L of 50Cr+ in the past.o Proficiency in Malayalam, knowledge of local authorities, and experience in sales andmarketing with a track record of improving guest experience metrics.o Ability to build and maintain relationships with local government authorities and externalpartners, liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, andensure adherence to safety, IMS, statutory, and legal norms.o Experience in planning and monitoring CSR activities.
