Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) Location: New Delhi (On-site, Full-time) India Photographers Club (IPC) Reporting To: Marketing Head / Founders #Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) — Read This Before Applying We are looking for a Performance-Driven Media Buyer who can scale large Meta ad accounts with data-backed precision — not someone who wants to experiment at our cost. Lead Quality: India Photographers Club (IPC) is India’s largest community for professional photographers and filmmakers. Founded by IIM alumni , IPC empowers photographers to grow their businesses through training, mentorship, and marketing systems. With over 1 lakh+ photographers trained , IPC has become a national ecosystem helping wedding photographers build profitable, sustainable businesses. #We are seeking a Meta Ads Scaling Expert who can strategize, manage, and scale our Meta ad accounts to drive leads for IPC’s online programs, webinars, and masterclasses. You will be responsible for owning the ad accounts — designing high-performing campaign structures, optimizing for stable CPL, and ensuring strong ROAS even as spends increase. #Campaign Planning & Execution Conduct continuous A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements. Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions. Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze campaign data to maintain CPL stability across scale. Identify bottlenecks in funnel performance and resolve them proactively. Work closely with the creative, funnel, and copywriting teams to align ad content with landing page experiences. Explore complementary ad channels (Google, YouTube) once Meta scaling is stable. Predictable lead volume and quality for every campaign. 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ad accounts with ₹50 lakh+ monthly budgets . ~ Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and optimization expertise. ~ Deep understanding of sales funnels , ad testing frameworks , and buyer psychology . ~ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. #You’ve scaled Meta accounts beyond ₹1.5–2 lakh daily spends and still kept CPL under control. You’re analytical, experimental, and obsessed with performance metrics. You understand funnel math — not just ad creatives.
