Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our Growth team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting captivating ad campaigns across digital channels, serving as the visual voice of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Innovate: Drive the ideation and design execution of high-impact, visually compelling ad campaigns across various platforms, including social media, display ads, and video ads.
- Campaign Strategy: Understand campaign objectives, translating them into designs that resonate with our target audience and align with overall marketing strategies.
- Creative Production: Design and iterate on a wide array of assets, including ad creatives, marketing visuals, animations, motion graphics, posters, and App Store/Play Store images.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside video editors, Unity designers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements and maintain campaign consistency.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze design performance and implement insights to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
- Creative Brainstorming: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels while adhering to brand guidelines and timelines.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our creative output.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6+ years in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on ad campaign design and digital marketing.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of successful ad campaigns and visual design projects, including measurable outcomes (e.g., increased engagement, higher conversion rates).
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and their creative requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team
- Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) with an emphasis on motion graphics and video editing (Premiere, After Effects)
Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:
- Experience leading projects or small teams, mentoring junior designers, and providing constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with Unity, Blender, or other 3D tools.
- Experience in gaming or game design.
- An out-of-the-box thinker with infectious energy.
