You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quote to Invoice, Finance, IT and Enterprise Business Intelligence. Experience Level: 5 to 7 yearsJob Location: BangaloreMust have skills: Hardware Quoting, Maintaining Reports in CRM, quoting processes, product configuration & quote pricingJob DescriptionMin 3 years relevant hardware quoting experience required.Proven experience and Knowledge on Sales Support RepresentativeExpertise on Hardware/Software Quoting for Enterprise and Global SegmentExcellent English language; including verbal, written and comprehension skillsSkilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Office applicationsExcellent customer service skills, including the ability to host conference calls and collaboration sessions onlineExcellent interpersonal and customer relations skills demonstrated through the strong presentation, verbal and written communicationExperience with quoting, product configurations, pricing processes and systemsComprehension and capability of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Increase sales productivity by streamlining business processes and toolsExcellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, perform diverse job functions and support a high-performing, successful sales teamExcellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong attention to accuracy, details and outstanding customer serviceMaintain accurate account, license, service contract, asset and maintenance entitlement records within CRM ApplicationEducationBachelor’s Degree – Required5-7 years enterprise experience in quoting processes and/or systems applications customer service, preferably within high tech companies – RequiredExperience providing global support, including optimizing quoting processes, product configuration & quote pricing for an enterprise – Highly desirable
