Now we’re building a founding leadership bench to turn this into India’s category-defining consulting powerhouse.The OpportunityAs Principal – AI Consulting Lead , you’ll be the director's partner in the room with CXOs, turning ambiguous ambition into ROI-anchored programs , architecting execution with our AI Architect, and landing visible wins . You’ll own relationships, scope, commercials, governance, and value realization across ₹2 Cr+ programs.This is a builder role. You’ll shape the playbook others will follow.What You’ll LeadBoardroom to shop-floor: Diagnose functions, pressure-test use cases, design phase-wise roadmaps, and get executive commitment.Program design & commercials: Craft SOWs, price for margin, define KPIs/OKRs, and set up governance (steerco, workstreams, cadence).Agentic transformation: With the AI Architect, translate business workflows into agentic AI architectures (tool use, retrieval/RAG, orchestration, guardrails, evals).Lighthouse delivery: Land 1–2 shippable pilots per client (6–8 weeks each) and scale into a portfolio of use cases.L&D at scale: Align PromptStart/Pro/Masters/OS with each client’s roadmap; convert training into adoption and measurable productivity.
