Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the company's technological vision, driving innovation, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our ambitious growth objectives. Responsibilities Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear and compelling technology vision that aligns with Global Group Inc.'s overall business strategy and goals. Define and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that encompasses research and development, product development, data management, and IT infrastructure. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure Global Group Inc. maintains a competitive edge. Technology Leadership and Execution: Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Oversee all aspects of technology development and implementation, including software development, data management, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Ensure that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Research and Development: Collaborate with research and development teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support scientific discovery and innovation. Provide technical expertise and guidance on research projects and product development initiatives. Data Management and Analytics: Develop and implement a robust data management strategy that ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility. Leverage data analytics to gain insights into research, operations, and business performance. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. Effectively communicate technology strategy and progress to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing technology strategies in the life sciences industry. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities in technology. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage high-performing teams. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into technology solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
