We are seeking an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Core Developer to build and maintain identity and access management solutions. Implement and customize OIM connectors for target systems (LDAP, DB, SCIM, REST, Web Services). Troubleshoot provisioning/reconciliation issues and provide bug fixes. Develop and maintain OIM-related code using Java, Groovy, ADF and APIs. Integrate OIM with directories, databases, and enterprise applications. Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT. Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures. 4-5 years of hands-on OIM development experience (OIM 11gR2 / 12c). ~ Strong Java/J2EE and ADF programming background. ~ Experience in developing connectors, event handlers, SOA/BPM workflows, scheduled jobs. ~ Proficiency in OIM APIs (Provisioning, Reconciliation, User Management). ~ Experience with WebLogic, Oracle DB, and LDAP directories. ~ Oracle OIM Certification. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven and BitBucket). Thakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
