Role: C++ Software Engineer - Conquer the Nanosecond
Location: Gurgaon, India

What You'll Do:
- Become a master architect: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, low-latency C++ software that forms the backbone of their trading platform.
- Outsmart the market: Collaborate with their elite quantitative researchers and traders to implement cutting-edge algorithms and strategies.
- Obsess over optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of their systems, squeezing every ounce of performance out of their infrastructure.
- Shape the future of trading: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Our Client’s software development processes and methodologies, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Be a guardian of performance: Provide timely and effective support to their trading operations, ensuring our systems run flawlessly 24/7.
What You Need:
- C++ mastery: You're fluent in C++, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design, modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20), and low-latency optimization techniques.
- Concurrency command: You're a master of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming, able to write code that sings in a multi-core environment.
- Systems expert: You have a solid grasp of distributed systems, network programming, and real-time data processing, and you can navigate complex systems with ease. You understand how to design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable systems.
- Problem-solving prowess: You love a good challenge, and you're a master at breaking down complex problems into manageable chunks. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and find creative solutions.
- Communication clarity: You're a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and traders.
Bonus Points:
- Trading expert: You have experience working on high-frequency trading or other low-latency financial systems. You've seen the inner workings of these systems, and you understand the unique challenges and opportunities they present. You're passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in this exciting and fast-paced field.
- Linux guru: You're comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment and have experience with scripting languages.
